Cranial Technologies is the world leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses, dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) with over 300,000 successful treatments. They also offer the non-invasive EarWell® treatment for infant ear shape correction, with over 600,000 successful outcomes. This full-time Nationwide Traveling Registered Nurse position, based out of Dallas, TX, offers the unique opportunity to practice in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families across various Cranial Technologies locations nationwide. The role involves traveling to clinics in up to 32 states, with travel typically occurring Monday afternoons/evenings and clinic work from Tuesday to Friday, returning home each weekend. Assignments are provided at least two weeks in advance. The company covers all travel expenses and provides a per diem. This fast-paced role requires adaptability to new settings weekly, working with new teammates and families, and taking over existing caseloads. Clinicians are experts in evaluating and treating plagiocephaly and misshapen ears using the DOC Band® and EarWell®, building strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. While backgrounds like PT, OT, and CPO are also considered, Registered Nurses are valued for their hands-on patient care, compassion, and ability to treat the whole patient.
