About The Position

Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and correcting infant ear shapes with EarWell®. We are seeking a Nationwide Traveling Registered Nurse based out of Houston, TX, for a full-time position. This role offers the opportunity to practice in various Cranial Technologies locations across the United States, focusing on pediatric clinical outpatient settings exclusively with infants and their families. The position involves traveling weekly to different clinics, typically Monday afternoon/evening through Friday afternoon/evening, with weekends spent at home. Travel assignments are provided at least two weeks in advance. Cranial Technologies covers all travel expenses and provides a per diem. The role requires adaptability to fast-paced and new settings, working with new teammates and families each week.

Requirements

• Licensed RN
• Background in pediatrics is required.
• State-issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA accepted travel documentation required by start date
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must complete AHCA's screening program.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®.
• Correct ear shapes with EarWell®.
• Evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
• Develop relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
• Take over caseloads from other clinicians, meeting new families.
