About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking an energetic and motivated Part Time Traveling Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to support patient care in a fast-paced dental practice. Requirements

• 2–3 years of previous dental assisting experience.
• 1–2 years of oral surgery experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• For New Jersey: proof of X-ray training.

• Proficiency in dental software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dental team in providing patient care.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
• Support dentists during procedures by anticipating their needs and helping ensure a smooth workflow.
• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
