About The Position

This role is for a Traveling Nurse Director-RN, covering locations including TN, AL, GA, WV, VA, NC, SC, and MS. The position is within Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings, with clinical leadership experience in these areas being strongly preferred. Requirements

  • RN license.
  • Experience as a Traveling Nurse Director.
  • Clinical leadership experience in Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work 10 days on and 4 days off.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership in Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings.
  • Travel to various locations including TN, AL, GA, WV, VA, NC, SC, MS.
  • Ensure industry leadership in clinical care.
  • Support residents and families with gracious hospitality and neighborliness.
  • Foster a home-like feel and comfort for residents and visiting family members.
  • Organize entertaining events and gatherings for residents to find connections.
  • Participate in a robust training program.
