As a Traveling Medical Assistant (TMA) on the Day of Evaluation Team, you will interact with doctors and applicants at clinic sites within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and physician support during medical evaluations, as well as offering administrative assistance before, during, and after the examination. Success in this role requires enjoyment of teamwork, thriving in a fast-paced setting, strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist where needed. The TMA role is crucial in delivering a superior experience for physicians and applicants, blending administrative and minimal clinical tasks with outstanding customer service and positive engagement.
