About The Position

Provides flexible, cross-property leasing, resident-file compliance and office coverage. This important role supports our Reserve at Hollywood (288 units multifamily) located in Atlanta, GA and Reserve at Douglasville (286 units) located in Douglasville, GA. This is a full-time position and requires the ability to be on call to support residents in emergencies. The pay range starts at $23+ per hour.   • Demonstrated affordable-housing recertification/documentation proficiency
  • Yardi skills
  • Organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled PTO, vacancy and peak-traffic coverage at Hollywood and Douglasville; follow the assigned site’s operating procedures.
  • Respond to leads, conduct tours, maintain Yardi guest cards and follow-up, process applications and coordinate move-in documentation.
  • Support marketing outreach, listing checks, competitive shops, RentCafe setup and tour-path readiness when assigned.
  • Assist Regional Manager with recertification and renewal backlogs, resident document requests, verification tracking, TICs, addenda and organized file uploads.
  • Prepare packets for required compliance review; check completeness and flag missing or inconsistent documents without bypassing approval controls.
  • Help prepare files for inspections and audits; maintain confidentiality and accurate records at both communities.
  • Accept weekly assignments based on documented site priorities; provide daily completion and outstanding-item reports to the assigned Senior Area Manager.
  • Support collection communications and resident notices only when specifically assigned and trained.
  • Escalate resident disputes, compliance determinations, eviction decisions, purchasing, staff supervision and property-wide financial decisions to the appropriate Regional Manager or Senior Area Manager.
  • Coordinate travel between sites under company scheduling and reimbursement policy.
