About The Position

We are seeking a Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction project in Muskogee, OK. Onboarding will take place in Columbia, MO. This role requires the ability to stand for long hours, as the main responsibility is operating a jackhammer. The position involves working 12-hour days, 5-6 days a week, and requires the willingness and capability to perform demanding physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction or related industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
• Operating a jackhammer majority of the time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
• Other duties as assigned
