About The Position
Join MasterCorp, Inc., a leader in hospitality services, for a 3-month contract assignment as a Traveling Housekeeper in Truckee, California. We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for temporary work with great pay and the possibility of long-term employment. High performers may be considered for permanent roles with additional benefits. This role involves cleaning and maintaining rooms, suites, and common areas, replenishing linens, managing trash, reporting lost-and-found items, and occasionally assisting with furniture movement. We are looking for U.S. citizens or work-authorized individuals only, and while hospitality or cleaning experience is preferred, it is not required. The position offers flexible scheduling, including weekends, and a competitive piece-rate pay structure with a guaranteed 'true-up' to ensure compliance with the prevailing wage.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain rooms, suites, and indoor common areas
- Replenish linens, remove trash, and maintain a spotless environment
- Report lost-and-found items and assist with guest deliveries
- Occasionally assist with furniture movement and storage management
- Work efficiently to meet quality and performance expectations
- Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management

- Guaranteed "True-Up" – If total piece-rate earnings do not meet the prevailing wage of $21.69 per hour the employer will pay the difference to ensure compliance
