About The Position

The Traveling Highway Guardrail Foreman leads and works alongside a union crew installing guardrail, impact attenuators, sign structures, and other highway safety systems across the RoadGuard West service area. This is a traveling field position based out of the Boise, Idaho yard. The employee must live within commuting distance and report to the yard each Monday before traveling with the crew, unless already on an extended field assignment. Crews typically return Friday, though some projects require up to two weeks away from home. Schedules may include day or night shifts, weekends, and overtime.
