Requirements

• 6+ months of merchandising, stocking, retail, grocery, or reset experience
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various work sites
• Personal smartphone with internet access
• Valid email address
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong attendance and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Experience reading and executing planograms
• Experience with store resets, remodels, or merchandising projects
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Resetting and organizing product displays
• Stocking and merchandising products according to planograms
• Installing signage and promotional materials
• Building and moving fixtures as needed
• Improving shelf conditions and product presentation
• Working alongside store management and fellow merchandisers
• Using problem-solving skills to complete projects efficiently
