As a Grocery Merchandiser, you'll help retailers improve the shopping experience by resetting and organizing product displays, stocking and merchandising products according to planograms, installing signage and promotional materials, building and moving fixtures as needed, improving shelf conditions and product presentation, working alongside store management and fellow merchandisers, and using problem-solving skills to complete projects efficiently. No two days are exactly alike. Projects vary by location, retailer, and assignment.
Requirements
- 6+ months of merchandising, stocking, retail, grocery, or reset experience
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various work sites
- Personal smartphone with internet access
- Valid email address
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Experience reading and executing planograms
- Experience with store resets, remodels, or merchandising projects
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
