About The Position

This role involves merchandising products, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and movement of products from storage to the sales floor. The purpose of the job is to merchandise products for Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV), the nation's largest private bottler and distributor of Pepsi beverages, operating in NC, SC, MD, & DE.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
• Customer service skills required.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have good math skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
• Must have good driving habits.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor.
• Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
• Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned.
