About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring a hands-on Traveling General Labor Team Lead to oversee crews working on retail remodels, resets, installations, and other project-based work. The lead works alongside approximately 8–12 team members to complete tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently and helps keep projects on track. This position involves extensive travel, with hotel accommodations provided. Shifts are overnight, typically 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and scheduled days vary by project. Pay is $24–$26 per hour. Requirements

Experience leading a crew in general labor, retail, construction, remodeling, installation, or similar hands-on work.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Ability to follow instructions and project plans.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to travel extensively and work overnight shifts.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Monitor work quality and communicate project progress.
