About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring a hands-on Traveling General Labor Team Lead to oversee crews completing retail remodels, resets, installations, and other project-based work. The role leads approximately 8–12 team members while working alongside the crew to complete tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently. The position involves extensive travel, overnight shifts, and varying scheduled days depending on the project. Hotel accommodations are provided, along with mileage reimbursement, meal per diem, tolls, and approved expenses. Pay is $24–$26 per hour. DailyPay and opportunities for advancement are also offered. SPAR Marketing Force supports national retail stores with new store setups, merchandising resets, fixture installations, and full retail remodels. Requirements

Experience leading a crew in general labor, retail, construction, remodeling, installation, or similar hands-on work.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Ability to follow instructions and project plans.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to travel extensively and work overnight shifts.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead and support crew members working on retail projects.
Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality.
Communicate project progress and help keep projects on schedule.
Work alongside the crew to complete project tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Perform hands-on work that may include general labor, shelving and fixture installation, signage, merchandising resets, store remodels, and moving materials.
