About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring a hands-on Traveling General Labor Team Lead to oversee crews working on retail remodels, resets, installations, and other project-based work. The role leads approximately 8–12 team members while also working alongside them to complete project tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position involves overnight shifts, typically from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with scheduled days varying by project. Extensive travel is required, and hotel accommodations are provided. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour. Mileage reimbursement, meal per diem, tolls, and approved expenses are provided, along with access to DailyPay and opportunities for advancement. SPAR Marketing Force works with national retail stores to support new store setups, merchandising resets, fixture installations, and full retail remodels. Its teams help retail locations open, update, and operate successfully.

Requirements

Experience leading a crew in general labor, retail, construction, remodeling, installation, or similar hands-on work.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Ability to follow instructions and project plans.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to travel extensively and work overnight shifts.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
