Traveling Emergency Veterinarian
About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a full-time Traveling Emergency Veterinarian to provide emergency veterinary care at hospitals across the Central United States, including Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Texas. Travel, lodging, and licensing expenses are covered. The role offers the opportunity to practice emergency medicine in different locations while working with dedicated veterinary professionals and technicians in facilities equipped to handle emergency cases. The veterinarian is expected to provide compassionate, high-quality care, uphold strong clinical standards, and continue learning and keeping current with industry developments. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
- Valid state veterinary license.
- Commitment to emergency care and continuous learning.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Google Apps for Work.
- Experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software.
