About The Position

This position works project sites across the country rather than a single local jobsite. The role involves being in charge of the work in the field, from planning and scheduling through final completion. This includes supervising crews, coordinating daily with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors, and walking the job to check progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes. The job also requires catching problems early, keeping documentation straight (daily reports, progress updates, change orders), and holding the crew to a strong safety culture.

Requirements

Five or more years in commercial construction
Experience as a superintendent
OSHA 30 certification
Strong layout skills for complex projects
Ability to read blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings
Track record of building and holding project schedules
Willingness to travel nationwide to project sites
Clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and the office
Detail orientation and a personal standard for quality
Comfort with technology and cloud-based reporting
