About The Position

Platinum Dental is hiring a motivated, dependable Traveling Dental Assistant to support its clinical team at locations in Wheat Ridge and Lakewood. The role assists dentists during procedures and helps provide a comfortable, positive experience for patients. The listed schedule is Tuesdays from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Lakewood, and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Wheat Ridge.

Requirements

• Previous dental assisting experience.
• Current dental X-ray certification, as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
• Take dental X-rays in accordance with certification requirements.
• Follow proper sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support efficient clinical workflows.
• Work closely with the dental team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
