Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position provides one-on-one and group mobility training/education to program participants and the community in the safe and proper use of the bus system. The Travel Trainer will assist with trip planning, coordinate travel training group trips independently or in coordination with the Outreach Specialist and Mobility Coordinator and provide general travel training outreach to the community. They will also coordinate the youth education outreach program for elementary, middle and high schools in Link’s service area to educate youth on bus safety, rider rules and etiquette, and encourage ridership when age appropriate and assist with other general outreach events.
