This full-time role involves project supervision, administrative support, and training assistance within the Travel Team. Requirements

• Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing equipment in Coupa and P-card for TT
• Supporting Wisely card setup requests for hourly employees
• Administrative assistance with training documentation
• Tracking site requests for assistance through Travel Team bugs or support form
• Submitting travel ARF tickets for team
• Training and assisting with CSRs at new sites; has general knowledge or ticket ques and DC Clean
• Administrative support for Operations Manager and General Manager
