About The Position

Take the next step in your career with CCL Hospitality Group as a Travel Support Dietitian in Boston, MA! This role involves up to 100% travel with overnight stays required. The schedule can be Monday - Friday or 10 days on, 4 days off. The position requires the candidate to be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR #. The salary range is $85K-$95K.

Requirements

Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR #.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
