About The Position

Requirements

Vascular registration is required.
Proficiency in second and third trimester obstetric ultrasound.
Proficiency in breast ultrasound.

Ability to work in an inpatient care environment within a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Perform ultrasound examinations, including vascular studies, OB (second and third trimester) scans, and breast ultrasound as required.
Prepare patients and equipment, obtain clinical history, and document findings in the radiology information system.
Ensure image quality, apply appropriate scanning protocols, and assist with patient positioning and comfort.
Communicate results and any immediate concerns to the supervising physician or radiologist per department guidelines.
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and support workflow needs in a rotating schedule.
