About The Position
Seeking an experienced Extended Recovery RN to provide post-operative care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures. Candidate must be skilled in post-op assessment, airway monitoring, pain management, and early identification of complications in a fast-paced recovery setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in Extended Recovery / PACU / Post-Op Recovery
- AHA BLS required
- AHA ACLS required
- NIHSS required
Responsibilities
- Provide post-operative care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.
- Perform post-op assessment.
- Monitor airways.
- Manage pain.
- Identify complications early in a fast-paced recovery setting.
