About The Position

Giving Home Health Care is seeking experienced Travel RNs to provide high-acuity patient care with flexible scheduling and ongoing contract opportunities across multiple service areas in New Mexico. This position offers a higher pay rate because it requires full flexibility and availability to support staffing needs across various locations throughout New Mexico. Travel nurses may be assigned to multiple patients and communities during a contract period, including travel between regions based on operational needs and patient coverage demands. Schedules may include weekdays, weekends, day shifts, nights, and holidays. Weekly schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to remain consistent. Assignments are based on areas with the greatest patient care need. Travel nurses do not maintain permanent patient assignments and may temporarily support patient homes until permanent coverage is secured, then rotate to a different assignment as needed. If travel nursing demand decreases, contractors may have the opportunity to transition into a standard 1099 nursing role, including picking up high-acuity shifts or managing a lower-acuity caseload. Giving Home is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment and adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency laws to ensure fair compensation practices. They may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses, but final hiring decisions are made by humans.
