About The Position

UCHealth is hiring a Travel RN for its Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at UCHealth Greeley Hospital in Greeley. The position is full-time, scheduled for 36 hours per week on night shifts, and offered as a 13-week contract. Pay is $50.00 per hour plus a travel package or stipend, with a shift differential. The nurse provides direct PCU care using the nursing process and practices at the top of scope in a technically complex critical-care environment. The role works within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizes wellness, the patient perspective, evidence-based practice, safety, and quality, and contributes to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Nurses are expected to model proficiency by precepting people new to healthcare and/or UCHealth and to welcome new knowledge. Evidence-based care models include AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty certification standards. Requirements

Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
One year of recent experience.
ACLS.
BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, with the card in hand before the start date; the card must remain valid through 60 days after hire.
