About The Position

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN Endoscopy for multiple travel/contract positions in Petoskey, MI. This role involves providing all aspects of nursing care for patients in assigned areas/units, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, participating in patient and family teaching, and accurately recording patient information. The position also includes participation in multidisciplinary treatment planning and other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.

Requirements

Registered Nurse: 2+ years - Required
Endoscopy RN experience: Recent/Current 2+ years – Required
ASN or an equivalent – Required
RN License for State of MI - Required
BLS Certification from AHA - Required

Nice To Haves

BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
Prior Travel Contract experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in the assigned areas/units
Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.”
Participate in patient and family teaching
Records information concisely, accurately and completely.
Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
Other duties as assigned that fall within scope of practice and skillset and consistent with the purpose of job as directed by general and unit-specific competency-based objectives.
