Travel Registered Nurse-Med-Tele (Med-Surg- Telemetry)
About The Position
Per Diem Staffing Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Med/Tele Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, California. The role is on a cardiology medicine unit and requires a strong cardiac background. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles outside of Palo Alto to qualify as travelers. The position starts December 7, 2026, and is scheduled for 36 hours per week in 12-hour rotating shifts. Weekly gross pay is $2,675–$3,021 for a 36-hour work week, based on experience. Travel and local rates vary, and pay is weekly. The position reports to Heidi.
Requirements
- Current California RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Current NIHSS certification.
- At least 3 years of Med/Tele experience.
- Strong cardiac background, preferably in a cardiology medicine unit.
- EPIC experience required.
- Candidates must reside at least 60 miles outside of Palo Alto, California, to qualify as a traveler.
- Associate degree; education verification will be conducted.
