Travel Registered Nurse-Med-Tele (Med-Surg- Telemetry)
About The Position
Per Diem Staffing Systems, Inc. is recruiting an experienced Med/Tele Travel Registered Nurse for Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, California. This is a 13-week contractor position starting December 6, 2026, with a 36-hour work week consisting of 12-hour night shifts. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles outside Pleasanton, California, to qualify as a traveler. Weekly gross pay is $2,675–$3,021 for a 36-hour work week; pay is based on experience, and travel and local rates vary. Pay is issued weekly. The hiring manager seeks a nurse with Med/Tele experience; neuro experience is highly preferred. The position reports to Heidi, and there is one opening.
Requirements
- Current California RN license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current NIHSS certification.
- At least 3 years of Med/Tele experience.
- EPIC experience required.
- Associate degree; education verification will be conducted.
- Must reside at least 60 miles outside Pleasanton, California, to qualify as a traveler.
Nice To Haves
- Neuro experience is highly preferred.
- BSN preferred.
