About The Position

Per Diem Staffing Systems, Inc. is seeking experienced Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week assignment at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. This role is for nurses who thrive in a high-acuity environment. The assignment involves working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift (7:00 am - 7:30 pm) and requires availability to work weekends. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience and experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system. To qualify as a travel nurse at Stanford Hospital, candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Palo Alto, California.

Requirements

• Current California RN License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Current ACLS (AHA)
• Current PALS
• Current TNCC
• Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience
• EPIC electronic medical record experience
• Must pass ECG exam (85% or better, 2 attempts)
• Reside at least 60 miles from Palo Alto, California

Nice To Haves

• Level I Trauma experience
• TNCC certification
• Minimal requested time off (RTO), preferably no more than one week during the assignment
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities
