This is a 13-week contract for an Ambulatory Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in Redwood City, CA, focusing on Nurse Coordination & Infusion Services. The role involves a hybrid of phone/electronic communication and direct patient care during infusions.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of ambulatory experience
- EPIC experience required
- IV/infusion experience required
- Must reside at least 60 miles from Palo Alto, CA

Responsibilities
- IV placement, vascular access, and IV infusions
- Patient triage by phone and electronic communication
- Vital signs and nursing assessments
- Monitor patients during infusions
- Care coordination with providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Documentation in EPIC
