About The Position

Registered Nurse needed for an inpatient adolescent behavioral health unit in Concord, NH. This travel assignment begins 08/31/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,050 to $2,162 with no guaranteed hours. The schedule is 3x12-hour nights. The assignment is travel - temporary. The role involves direct patient care for adolescents in an inpatient behavioral health setting, including assessment, safety monitoring, crisis intervention, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Requirements

Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses
2+ years of experience in adolescent behavioral health inpatient settings
Current BLS certification; CPI or MOAB certification
Valid driver’s license; address must match demographics
RTO (regular time off) must be included at submission
RN licensure (degree not specified in notes)

Responsibilities

Provide direct, age-appropriate nursing care to adolescents in an inpatient behavioral health setting
Monitor patient status, administer medications per physician orders, and document care in the electronic health record
Implement safety protocols, de-escalate crises, and participate in restraint/step-down procedures as required
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and other care team members to develop and adjust individual care plans
Perform ongoing assessments, document clinical observations, and ensure accurate handoffs during shift changes
