About The Position

This is a travel Registered Nurse position for an Adolescent Behavioral Health Inpatient unit in Concord, New Hampshire. The contract duration is 14 weeks, with a start date of 10/05/2026. Requirements

Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state required at submission
NURSYS license verification showing all active RN licenses
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in adolescent behavioral health inpatient
Current certifications: BLS and CPI or MOAB
Ability to work in a hospital inpatient behavioral health setting; willingness to float to affiliated locations as needed

Nice To Haves

Travel experience preferred
EMR experience preferred (Cerner)

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care for adolescents on an inpatient behavioral health unit
Assess, monitor, and document patient status; update care plans in collaboration with the treatment team
Administer medications as prescribed, monitor effects, and document in the EMR
Apply de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention as needed; ensure patient safety and unit safety
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other disciplines to support treatment goals
Support discharge planning and family education as appropriate within unit protocols
