About The Position

We are hiring entry-level Travel Assistants to support the travel planning process at a rapidly growing travel agency offering cruises, hotels, vacation rentals, and all-inclusive packages. The agency is backed by a legacy host agency with over seven decades of experience. This remote role provides full training and involves assisting with travel research, bookings, and client communication. No previous experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong interest in travel and helping people.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather travel options based on client preferences.
• Help book hotels, cruises, flights, and travel packages.
• Follow up with clients regarding details, confirmations, and updates.
• Communicate with travel suppliers as needed.
• Learn supplier systems and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and supplier training.
