About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join their Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill, IN. This role involves providing holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff. Assignments will be at various facilities/locations throughout Indiana, with each assignment restricted to one location. Travel LPNs can earn up to $2165/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend. These are full-time, benefit-eligible positions.
Requirements
- Active license to practice in Indiana.
- Minimum of one year of work experience as an RN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility.
- Appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience preferred.
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
