About The Position
We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract in Saco, Maine. This position offers a weekly guarantee of 40 hours with variable shifts. The pay rate is between $30/hr and $35/hr.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Maine or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (LTC or Rehab preferred)
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work variable mid-shifts, including potential weekends/holidays
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or physicians
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, quality care
