About The Position
We are seeking reliable and strong candidates for skilled nursing roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and will be available for 12-hour shifts, mainly on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care environments.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends, if necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current nursing license in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting.
- Monitor and assess patient health and report changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
