You’ll participate in care planning, document changes in electronic health records, communicate with physicians and family members, and ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed. Your hands-on care will be complemented by clinical opportunities to expand knowledge in geriatric pharmacology, palliative care basics, and care coordination.
