Role specifics and growth: As an LPN in Long-Term Care, you’ll support daily living activities, monitor vital signs, administer medications under facility policy and where applicable under supervision, and assist with wound care, incontinence management, mobility support, and fall prevention. You’ll participate in care planning, document changes in electronic health records, communicate with physicians and family members, and ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed. Your hands-on care will be complemented by clinical opportunities to expand knowledge in geriatric pharmacology, palliative care basics, and care coordination.
