About The Position
This is not a traditional HR recruiting role. You'll function as a sales professional, partnering with traveling healthcare clinicians and helping them find career opportunities across the country. The role involves recruiting and building relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals, developing and maintaining your own book of business, prospecting, cold calling, texting, and engaging candidates daily. You will match clinicians with travel assignments nationwide, negotiate offers, guide candidates through the hiring process, and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements. Success comes from building relationships, creating urgency, overcoming objections, and helping healthcare professionals take the next step in their careers.
Requirements
- A competitive mindset and strong drive to achieve goals.
- Experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer success, hospitality, insurance, retail, real estate, mortgage lending, or another relationship-driven role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience, coachability, and a desire to continuously improve.
