About The Position

Our client is seeking a Travel Expense Management Specialist to drive and execute strategic planning, migration, and implementation of a new Travel Online Booking Tool (OBT) globally, managing the transition across approximately 80,000 employees.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in travel expense management, product management, or related domains
• Hands-on expertise with travel tools including SAP Concur, Client Neo/GBT, Navan, and Ramp
• Proven experience with platform migration and implementation projects
• Strong Project Management and Product Management capabilities
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira
• Travel subject matter expertise and deep expense management knowledge
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and advise on complex business decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from decommissioning the legacy Travel OBT to implementing the new Travel OBT
• Manage stakeholder socialization, requirements gathering, and cross-functional discussions
• Conduct current state vs. future state solutioning and tool implementation planning
• Oversee user engagement and adoption strategies across the global employee base
• Coordinate with Travel Education & Development, Technology, Vendor, and Business unit stakeholders
• Communicate tool benefits and flag risks and concerns to senior leadership
• Provide subject matter expertise on travel and expense management throughout the migration process
