About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst for the upcoming project opportunity: RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE. This role involves executing the Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst scope, which includes analyzing various datasets related to travel demand, congestion, safety, performance, equity, scenarios, and geospatial information. The analyst will be responsible for documenting reproducible findings, collecting, validating, normalizing, and documenting source data, assumptions, business rules, performance measures, and analysis methods. They will perform required analysis, modeling, estimates, scenarios, reconciliations, or requirements mapping, and retain reproducible working papers. Additionally, the role requires reviewing findings with stakeholders, resolving data exceptions, evaluating alternatives, and documenting recommendations and decisions. The analyst will also publish approved datasets, models, dashboards, schedules, requirements packages, or reports with quality checks and acceptance evidence. A key aspect of the role is tracing assigned work to the RFP scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria, schedule milestones, and supporting evidence. The analyst must review official solicitation materials and addenda, documenting assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. They will prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordination with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams is essential. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records, and escalating blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness are also core responsibilities.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

Analyze travel demand, congestion, safety, performance, equity, scenario, and geospatial datasets and document reproducible findings.
Collect, validate, normalize, and document the source data, assumptions, business rules, performance measures, and analysis method.
Perform the required analysis, modeling, estimates, scenarios, reconciliations, or requirements mapping and retain reproducible working papers.
Review findings with stakeholders, resolve data exceptions, evaluate alternatives, and document recommendations and decisions.
Publish the approved dataset, model, dashboard, schedule, requirements package, or report with quality checks and acceptance evidence.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
