True Adventure Travel is seeking a highly motivated Travel Customer Representative to assist clients with planning and booking vacations. The role works closely with sales and marketing teams to provide clients with a positive experience from start to finish. The position is remote and involves using knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and industry resources to create personalized itineraries and arrange travel services according to clients’ budgets and preferences.

- Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities according to clients’ budgets and preferences.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address concerns or issues during planning or while clients are on vacation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell travel packages and services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new destinations to improve the company’s offerings and client experience.
