True Adventure Travel is seeking a Travel Customer Representative to help clients plan and book vacations. The role works closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide clients with a positive experience throughout the planning and travel process. - Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities according to clients’ budgets and preferences.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address concerns or issues during planning or while clients are on vacation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell travel packages and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new destinations to improve offerings and client experiences.
