About The Position
True Adventure Travel is seeking a highly motivated Travel Customer Representative to help clients plan and book vacations. The representative works with the sales and marketing teams to provide clients with a positive experience throughout the planning and booking process. The role is remote and involves creating personalized itineraries, arranging travel services, and responding to client questions and concerns.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address concerns or issues during vacation planning or while clients are traveling.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell travel packages and services.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new destinations to improve offerings and client experiences.
