This role is for a travel expert who loves to explore the world and help others discover unique and personal travel experiences. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Some post-secondary travel education (an asset)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales experience
  • Commitment to building your book of business

Responsibilities

  • Help members find destinations, transportation, and accommodations suited to their needs and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and suppliers.
  • Manage member travel reservations and other trip details.
  • Negotiate with tour operators, airline personnel, car rental agencies, and hotel staff to secure the best value for members.
  • Provide exceptional sales and service.
  • Support members before, during, and after their trips.
  • Promote AMA’s products and services.
