About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking a Travel CNA - Rehab for our client in Newark, NY 14513. This is a 13-week contract assignment. The role involves providing care in a rehabilitation setting. The average daily census is 41 beds, with patient ratios of 1:10 on days, 1:20 on nights, and 1:12 on weekends. The facility accepts first-time travelers and requires floating per facility needs. Weekend coverage is every other weekend. Locals are not accepted unless they are greater than 50 miles away.

Requirements

• Active NY State CNA License — required.
• BLS required.
• Must submit Fingerprint Forms within 48 hrs of signing!!!
• 1 year of experience required.
• Float Required: Y - Per facility need
• Weekend Coverage: Every Other
• Locals Accepted: N - must be greater than 50 miles
