About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking a CNA/Rehab for our client in Newark, NY 14513. This is a 13-week contract assignment. We are seeking a healthcare professional for a CNA Long-Term Care (LTC) Rehab position requiring at least 1 year of experience. First-time travelers are welcome to apply, and the position requires floating as needed by the facility, with weekend coverage every other weekend. Local candidates are not accepted and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. A current BLS certification is required. Orientation will be provided during the daytime in the first week. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ambulation, feeding, bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, transfers, turning and repositioning, bed-making, skin and decubitus care, catheter care, vital signs, fluid and calorie intake, urine and drain output, oxygen equipment, pulse oximetry, Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, transfer belts and sliding boards.
• Following isolation precautions, PPE procedures, NPO and fluid restrictions, passive range of motion, proper body mechanics, and safe patient transfers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, monitoring residents, and promptly reporting any changes in condition.
