About The Position
The Remote Travel Booking Agent assists clients with planning and booking travel experiences, including cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages. The role involves providing customer service throughout the travel process, recommending options based on client needs, and coordinating bookings with travel suppliers and vendors. It is suited to motivated, customer-focused individuals who can work independently in a flexible remote environment. Comprehensive onboarding and training, ongoing mentorship, and access to booking systems and preferred vendor partnerships are provided.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Access to a computer, internet, and smartphone.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and booking travel arrangements.
