We are a full-service travel planning company that helps individuals, couples, families, and groups book vacation experiences, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, and personalized itineraries. The Remote Travel Booking Specialist assists clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements while providing a positive and stress-free experience. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position with flexible scheduling, suited to someone who enjoys working independently as part of a collaborative, service-focused team.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Comfort using digital tools and booking platforms; training is provided.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a reliable internet connection and personal computer.
Passion for travel and helping others explore the world.

Prior experience in travel booking or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
Provide tailored travel recommendations based on clients’ needs and preferences.
Manage booking logistics through online platforms and maintain accurate client records.
Communicate professionally by phone, email, and messaging tools to address questions, changes, or concerns.
Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination options.
Provide support before, during, and after travel to promote a positive customer experience.
Build client relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
