About The Position

Robert Half is seeking a Temporary Travel & Meetings Coordinator (Contract Talent) to support global travel and meetings operations. This role supports Robert Half and Protiviti employees by ensuring a seamless travel and meeting experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or travel/meetings experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting travel bookings within a corporate travel platform (e.g., Concur, Neo or Egencia), including air, hotel, and car reservations, preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Customer-service oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support booking of employee and consultant travel (air, hotel, car, rail).
  • Review travel for policy compliance; coordinate and escalate exceptions.
  • Coordinate direct billing and payment solutions (BTA, virtual cards).
  • Support meetings logistics (registration links, attendee lists, approvals, manifests, spend tracking).
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities for meeting travel.
  • Manage shared mailboxes; respond to inquiries and research requests.
  • Coordinate traveler requirements with vendors and communicate details to attendees.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed and ensure data accuracy.
  • Reconcile BTA transactions (employee, consultant, virtual cards).
  • Partner with Accounts Payable for coding and processing.
  • Support reconciliation of meeting airfare and expenses.
