About The Position

AAA Central Penn is hiring sales-driven Travel Advisors to help members turn travel dreams into memorable experiences. Advisors plan and book travel tailored to each customer, provide expert guidance, build relationships, and work toward sales and performance goals. The role requires regular business travel. Tenured, high-performing travel professionals may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The position offers a competitive hourly rate plus the opportunity to earn commission.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in the travel industry.
• Passion for sales and delivering exceptional service.

• Employees who drive must maintain a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and insurance coverage that meets company requirements.
